Connect Kit

Everyone can appreciate having things to do that bring joy and purpose to their life.  This does not change in someone living with dementia.  What does change is their ability to initiate meaningful tasks and connect with family and friends around them.  This lack of connection can lead to isolation and further cognitive decline.

The Roadster is a wooden car that comes apart and can be reassembled.  A great kit for classic car lovers or for people who have a history of working with their hands.  Building the Roadster together is a great way to connect, restore purpose, and give joy. Just 10 to 15 minutes of connection and purpose can be very meaningful to someone living with dementia.

The Roadster is a part of our Connect Kits, named because they are designed to be built together. Build them together and create moments of connection with your loved ones.  They spark the imagination, motivate the hands, and open the door to joy.
