In-facility Care Services
Holland Home’s residential dementia care is Michigan’s only Positive Approach® to Care-designated organization. This person-centered approach focuses on empathy, compassion, and understanding. Through Holland Home’s expert dementia care services, your loved ones will be cared for physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and spiritually.

In-home Care Services
Atrio Home Care provides both Help at Home and Home Health services to meet the needs of persons with dementia wherever they might be. Whether they need assistance with daily tasks or require in-home care to help them recover from an injury, illness, or surgery, Atrio can help clients thrive safely from the comfort of their homes.

Dementia Day Center
Through Care Resources’ Dementia Day Center, your loved one can be cared for in a social and engaging environment while you take respite, go to work, or fulfill other life and family obligations. Most participants attend 2-3 days a week, but you have the flexibility to adjust as your schedule demands.

Hospice Services
Faith Hospice provides compassionate hospice care that focuses on improving the quality of life for each individual, unique to their wants and needs, throughout the end-of-life journey. Services can be provided at home or in-patient at their Trillium Woods campus.
