Services

  • If, after purchasing access to a live event (e.g. class, consultation, Dementia Journey™, etc.), you need to reschedule or
    switch from in-person to virtual, please contact us and we would be happy to make reasonable accommodations for you.
  • If weather or other events outside of our control necessitate the cancellation of a live event, we will notify you and help
    you reschedule.
  • The Dementia Institute does not issue refunds for live events (e.g. classes, consultations, Dementia Journey™, etc.).

Products

  • If you have questions or concerns about products you have purchased from the Dementia Institute, please contact us.
  • You can order replacement parts on the same site from which you purchased the original product.
  • If your product arrived damaged from shipping, please send pictures of the damaged product and packing materials to
    info@dementia-institute.org within 14 days of your purchase transaction. We will make reasonable accommodations,
    not to exceed a shipped replacement.
  • The Dementia Institute does not issue refunds for products.
